These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rcacarpetandupholstery.com and to the carpet, upholstery, rug, pet stain, and commercial cleaning services provided by RCA Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") in the Greater Boston area. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes provided by phone, text, email, or through our website are good-faith estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs from what was described. You will always know the price before we start.
We do our best to honor scheduled appointment windows. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated. We will likewise notify you promptly if we ever need to adjust an appointment.
Please secure fragile or valuable items before our arrival. We can work around most furniture and will move smaller items as needed; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to flooring, furniture, or fabrics, or for items not disclosed or secured before service.
We use professional equipment and techniques, and we are honest about what is achievable. Some stains, wear, or damage (for example, set-in dye stains, bleach spots, pre-existing discoloration, or fiber damage) may not be fully removable, and results can vary with fabric and carpet condition. If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 7 days and we will re-clean it free of charge.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced per agreed terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The content on this website — including text, photos, and branding — belongs to RCA Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
